Christian Breen, has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. He has an agricultural background and studied horticulture at the University of New Hampshire.
Christian was the creator of Peach Tree Farms located in Salem NH. After its sale in 2000 he joined the management team with OSI, (Outback Steakhouse Inc) and was a managing partner in Massachusetts.
After a term with OSI Christian elected to venture out on his own and created the Black Water Grill in Salem NH. In their tenth season Christian and his team have held tight to core values and a grassroots approach to dining and event coordination.
The BWG is sandwiched between larger event spaces and a professional park filled with thousands of young professionals. With the demographics of the BWG we have carved out a niche as a favorite place for guests to relax and be with friends. BWG has an event center and a casual dining restaurant with al fresco dining. The event center is booked throughout the year with, wedding showers, baby showers, weddings, corporate workshops, reunions, fundraisers etc. etc. Being a centrally located venue with more intimate spaces has lead to our growth over the past decade.
Throughout the years Christian’s bonds and friendships have formed a unique relationship with industry leaders.
